Why I Built Bloom

The visible problem was almost never the real problem.

WHY I BUILT BLOOM

For more than twenty-five years I've helped organizations solve complex business challenges by combining technology, strategy, organizational insight, and systems thinking. Throughout that work — across hundreds of engagements with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises — I noticed the same pattern, over and over again.

The issues organizations talked about — sales, operations, marketing, customer experience, technology, execution — were almost always symptoms. The real constraints were hidden beneath the surface. Leaders possessed different versions of reality. Critical information wasn't shared. Important relationships between issues went unnoticed.

The organization wasn't suffering from a lack of intelligence, It was being held back by hidden constraints no one could clearly see.

Over time I began developing structured methods to reveal these hidden patterns. Each engagement refined the process. Each client improved the methodology. Eventually those methods became something much larger. They became Bloom.

A career built on solving hard problems

I've founded companies, led product organizations, designed enterprise software platforms, built AI-based solutions, and advised organizations across nearly every major industry. I've had the privilege of working with organizations including:

Across every engagement I became increasingly focused on a single question: Why do smart organizations consistently make avoidable mistakes? The answer wasn't intelligence. It was visibility. Organizations can only act on what they collectively understand.

Our Approach

Why artificial intelligence changes what's possible

AI isn't replacing experienced consultants. It's amplifying them.

Bloom combines decades of consulting expertise with AI-assisted analysis to process significantly more organizational information, identify patterns humans often miss, compare perspectives across large groups, and generate deeper insights faster than traditional approaches allow. The result is broader visibility, greater objectivity, and more comprehensive organizational understanding than was previously possible.

Human judgment remains central. AI simply allows us to see more.
